After picking up my cat I am sure he had been looked after very well whilst I was away. Sushi our 6 month old Burmese stayed away from home for the first time for a week. I was anxious about leaving him but he came home relaxed and happy after the wonderful care he had from April. My first time using paces and paws What a lovely clean well presented cattery April is very professional and easy to talk to sorting out deposit and cat booking in forms was easy i was worried about leaving my cats daisy and Mia for 2 weeks but felt they would be well cared for here I txt while away half way through my holiday to get an update and got an answer very soon which put my mind at rest and was much appreciated I would definitely recommend if you need a place for you’re cats while you’re away on holiday it’s safe clean and the back room is heated to I picked my 2 up after 2 weeks they were absolutely fine wouldn’t hesitate to use again Thanks again April Hope you enjoyed the chocolatesPosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So delighted with the attention and care given to my cat. On arrival the owner April greeted me and was friendly and polite. She was efficient and knew exactly what information I had supplied on my booking form. My cat needs a lot of medication but April was not fazed and was meticulous with her notes. The cat run was spotless and looked lovely and my cat had settled before I had left! Excellent will definitely be using again, i have 2 very high maintenance cats with demanding grooming needs, also one of them needs daily eye bathing. i was very happy when i got them back as they were both in such good condition, they had been cared for as well as i would have cared for them. will definitely be sending them here again when i go away again. This was the first time we had put Toots into a cattery after adopting him from the Cats Protection so we were nervous but April was just so lovely and understanding. We ended up having to extend Toots stay due to building work after moving, but again April put our mind at ease and didn't hesitate to help. The rooms are very clean and it’s reassuring to know Jessie was getting regular human contact and play. This was my kittens first time away and I was very nervous about leaving them, but knew they would be in great hands with April. She really knows what she's doing! I am really grateful i was able to ask for updates for peace of mind, and when we were late due to traffic picking them up, she was really understanding of this. I will definitely be back next Xmas!
